CUT.io is a free service with a primary purpose to make using long URLs easier. You are free to use CUT.io as you see fit, however, there are certain circumstances, which won't be tolerated and will result in immediate removal of the URL's violating this terms of usage.

CUT.io cannot be used to create URL's for use in unsolicited advertising including but not limited to email and forum posts. Linking to any file or website depicting actual or simulated child pornography is prohibited as well. Linking to any content which is illegal in your area is not allowed. Also, I don't recommend linking to other URL shortener. In other words, if you shorten your URL with CUT.io, don't shorten already shortened URL's.

While CUT.io cannot control every shortened URL, I will seriously pay attention to any complaints received. Shall I find that a URL violated this terms of usage, I will immediately remove such URLs. In case of repeated violations, your IP address will become permanently banned from CUT.io.

So, as you can see, the rules are simple. So, play nice.
